Our 14U team kicked off the season in impressive fashion, going 2–0 in their first live action of the year during a local doubleheader friendly. The day marked an important milestone — the first opportunity for this group to compete together in true game situations.
From the first pitch, the team brought energy and focus on both sides of the ball. We saw aggressive, confident at-bats at the plate, disciplined defensive execution in the field, and strong pitching performances that set the tone early. More importantly, the girls competed with composure and consistently supported one another throughout the day.
For a first outing, it was a significant step forward and a strong foundation to build on as we head into tournament play. We’re proud of the effort, encouraged by the early progress, and excited to watch this group continue to grow throughout the season.
